Achieving an impressive 0.31 air changes per hour at 50 Pascals, the home significantly exceeds Passive House airtightness standards. The result is a warm, healthy and energy efficient home that maintains a consistent 22 to 23°C year round, reflecting the meticulous attention to detail required for a complex and highly technical build.
