Petone Heritage Build

This project saw MH Build transform a neglected 1920s Petone bungalow into a refined, high-end residence while carefully honouring the character and craftsmanship of the original home. What began as a derelict structure required full repiling and a complete rebuild, providing the opportunity to strengthen the home from the ground up while reimagining it for modern living. Every stage was approached with precision, from structural upgrades through to bespoke interior finishes, ensuring quality, durability, and visual cohesion throughout. Traditional features were retained and restored where possible, complemented by contemporary materials, clean lines, and high-spec detailing that elevate the home without erasing its history. The result is a thoughtfully rebuilt residence that blends timeless charm with modern performance, delivering a home that feels both grounded in its past and confidently designed for the future.
